Application
Doctor balde is widely used in gravure packing printing, publication gravure printing, flexography printing, coating printing, offset coating etc.
The Doctor blade is carefully packaged to ensure its integrity and sharpness during transportation. Each blade is individually wrapped in a protective sleeve to prevent any damage or corrosion. The wrapped blades are then placed into a sturdy cardboard box, which is cushioned with packing material to minimize movement and absorb any shocks that may occur during shipping.
The box is sealed with heavy-duty tape and clearly labeled with the product name, handling instructions, and a fragile warning to ensure careful handling by couriers. We also include a packing slip with product details and a quality assurance certificate to guarantee the receipt of an authentic, inspected product.
For international shipments, the package is further secured in a weather-resistant polyethylene film and placed in a wooden crate, complying with international shipping standards. The crate is then strapped and sealed to prevent tampering, ensuring that your Doctor blade arrives in perfect condition, ready for use.
